A session of 2.5 hours. Introduction to your personal wellbeing. How to optimise taking time for yourself. We often look after everyone else’s needs and not our own. Or we run through life in a highly disciplined routine manner switched on 24/7, feeling efficient until a major event hits us. For some, it may even lead to illness and/or burnout. For others, resilience is high, but at what cost? 3-6 participants. In English with bilingual French option. German support upon request. 220 CHF (excl TVA) per person.
